The Experience

The Brand Lab is a private, in-person strategy session for founders ready to architect or refine their personal brand.

Over four intentional hours, you will walk through the major elements of an impactful brand in addition to learning the art and science of content systems and growing your audience.

Drinks, a few bites, and a custom workbook in a small, sacred room of founders building alongside you.

You will leave with a clear personal brand foundation, a core message you can speak, and the first offer of your next chapter, priced and ready to launch.

What You’ll Need

  • A laptop, tablet, or notebook for additional notes (your custom workbook will be provided)

  • A favorite pen — something you love writing with

  • An open mind and an honest voice — the room only works when everyone shows up fully

  • A clear answer to one question, ready before arrival: "What is my brand not doing yet that I need it to do?"

Optional but recommended:

  • A current screenshot of your Instagram or website (useful for the Style & Presence block)

  • A short list of three competitors or peer brands you admire (useful for the Clarity and Audience blocks)

Schedule

10:00 AM | ARRIVAL & WELCOME 

Drinks and a few bites. Soft instrumental music. Each founder is welcomed by name and seated with a custom Brand Lab workbook waiting at their place. Gentle introductions as the room fills.

Duration: 25 minutes

10:25 AM | OPENING CIRCLE 

The room is welcomed by Hana. Each founder shares for two minutes their name, work, and the one thing their brand is not yet doing that they need it to do. The room is set.

Duration: 20 minutes

10:45 AM | BLOCK ONE — CLARITY 

The Four Anchors of personal brand clarity: Purpose, Audience, Position, Promise. Teaching, individual work in the workbook, and two volunteer hot seats with live feedback from Hana.

Duration: 35 minutes

11:20 AM | BLOCK TWO — MESSAGE

The core message framework. Every brand has one sentence the world should be able to repeat back. Each founder drafts their core message and a 30-second verbal version. Two hot seats deliver their message live for refinement.

11:55 AM | PAUSE & RESET

A 15-minute intermission. Light lunch served. Bathrooms available. Music shifts into a more focused, energetic mood. HANA, Honor, and other special guests are available for one-on-one conversation.

Duration: 15 minutes

12:10 PM | BLOCK THREE — STYLE & PRESENCE

Personal brand style as a three-second signature. Visual signature, voice signature, energy signature. Each founder names their three signature words and one signature visual element. Group share around the room.

Duration: 30 minutes

12:40 PM | BLOCK FOUR — CONTENT & INFLUENCE 

The one-person audience profile. Each founder writes a detailed avatar of the single person their brand is built to reach. Name, age, stage of life, the one sentence they need to hear.

Duration: 20 minutes

1:15 PM | BLOCK FIVE — AUDIENCE GROWTH 

The 3-Pillar Content Framework: Expertise, Story, and Vision. Each founder drafts their three pillars and writes one post idea for each. Hana delivers a 1:1 feedback round — 90 seconds of direct guidance per founder.

Duration: 35 minutes

1:35 PM | BLOCK SIX — CONVERSION & MONETIZATION

The three monetization paths — Services, Products, Partnerships. Each founder names their signature offer, prices it, and reads it back to themselves. Live pricing hot seats with two volunteers.

Duration: 25 minutes

2:00 PM | BRAINSTORM + PEER Q&A

Each founder delivers their commitment out loud to the room. Group photo. Individual portrait moments at the branded backdrop.

Duration: 25 minutes

2:25 PM | CLOSING & GOODBYE

A final toast from Hana. We decide if we wan to continue doing these sessions. You’ll depart with your workbook and the energy of a founder ready to hit the ground running.
