Out of Hiding

Hiding your gift was never humility.

Now it's time to finally own it.

Out of Hiding is a 90-day path for gifted people with real expertise and no idea how to sell it. You’re finally going to name your gift, package it, price it, and put it where the people you're called to serve can finally find you.

You're not a beginner. That's the whole problem.

You've been excellent at something for a decade or more. You're the one people call when it falls apart. You have the years, the receipts, the instincts, and none of it is packaged.

So it looks like this:

  • You can't finish the sentence "I help ______ do ______." You've rewritten your bio eleven times and it still says nothing.

  • You sell hours, favors, and one-off "let me just help you with that" sessions. No offer. No container. No repeatable thing.

  • You know you're underpriced. You quote the number and hear yourself soften it before anyone objects.

  • You say yes to work outside your lane, because you don't have a lane.

  • Your brand looks five years behind where you actually are, and you feel it in your stomach every time you send a link.

  • You watch people with half your experience charge triple and post daily. You call it comparison, but it's closer to grief.

And at a party, when someone asks what you do, you hear yourself say "it's kind of a coaching thing."

You don't have too few gifts. You have too many, unsorted, and no container to sell them in.

Hiding isn't free.

It looks like modesty. It bills like a mortgage.

Specialists earn roughly two to four times what generalists earn for the same work. Every month you can't say what you do is a month you're paying for the silence.

And it compounds in three places at once:

You underprice — because you can't articulate the value, so you discount before you're asked.

You don't pitch — for the work you're qualified for, the podcast, the speaking slot, the client who could actually pay you.

You don't publish — so the authority that would make all of it easier never gets built.

Meanwhile the person you were meant to serve is out there right now, searching for exactly what you do, scrolling past you because your bio says helping people live their best lives.

That's the real cost. Not the money. Them.

In 90 days, you stop being the best-kept secret in your field.

Out of Hiding is not a branding course. It's a build.

Twelve weeks. Twenty worksheets. Live calls every week where the work gets done, not just taught. You walk out with a named gift, a priced offer, a brand that matches your level, and your first premium clients in conversation.

Not just a plan, but assets.

Most branding programs start with a logo. That's why you finish them pretty and broke.

You cannot design an identity for a business you haven't defined. You cannot sell an offer that doesn't exist. And you cannot talk yourself out of self-doubt before you have any evidence.

So we go in the only order that produces revenue:

Substance first. Structure second. Beauty always.

Your sentence. Then your offer. Then your nerve. Then your brand. Then your visibility.

By the time you're choosing colors in Week 6, you already have something to sell.

The Program

What you walk away with.

  • Your gift named in one clear sentence, and one specific person you serve

  • One signature offer, named, validated, and priced at $2,500+

  • A price you can say out loud without flinching

  • A premium brand that looks like the expert you already are

  • A live home base, an optimized profile, and 30 posts banked

  • A lead magnet, a list, and a content rhythm you can sustain

  • A sales conversation you can run without panic

  • Your offer launched, with real conversations underway

  • Testimonials, referrals, and an engine you can run again

What’s Included

  • 12 weekly live calls — taught, then worked. Hot seats every week. All recorded.

  • 20 worksheets — the full system, one deliverable at a time

  • Launch Lab — three extra working sessions in Weeks 8–10

  • An accountability partner — paired in Week 1, structured check-ins, not optional

  • The community — where the work gets posted, reviewed, and celebrated

  • Direct access to Hana — on every call, in every hot seat

  • Lifetime access to the worksheet library and every recording

Who’s this for?

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for a logo. We build the business first, and the visual work doesn't start until Week 6.

  • You want it done for you. That's OCTESSENCE — a different door, and a good one.

  • You can't protect 3–5 hours a week. This is a build, not a library.

  • You're not willing to be seen. That's the entire point, and Week 5 will ask you for it.

This is for you if:

  • You have 10+ years of real expertise in a career, a ministry, a craft, a role that used the best of you

  • You've left, you're leaving, or you're building quietly on the side

  • You've had a few clients, mostly friends of friends, mostly underpriced

  • You've been "working on your brand" for months and can't point to what changed

  • You can do the thing, buy you can’t articulate it

About Me

I know that room. I lived in it.

I'm Hana Catlett. I'm a brand architect.

I built my own brand from scratch, from a small island in the Caribbean to Los Angeles, with no money, no plan, and a gift I didn't know how to name.

I want to be specific about that last part, because it's why I do this work. I wasn't short on ability. I was short on language. I could do the thing and I could not say the thing, and for years I mistook that silence for humility. It wasn't. It was hiding, and it cost me time I don't get back.

Today I run OCTESSENCE, a strategic design studio, and I created the OCTESSENCE Method™ — an 8-element brand development system used by founders, executives, and creatives to build high-end brands in 90 days. I've worked one-on-one with dozens of founders and led 90+ people through accountability sprints.

Out of Hiding is that method, taught, so you can build it yourself.

The people you're called to serve have been waiting to find you.

You already have the gift. You've had it the whole time.

What you've been missing is the architecture, the sentence, the offer, the price, the presence. Ninety days from now that can all exist, or it can be another year of nearly.

Hiding was never humility.

It was just a disservice. To yourself and those you’re called to.
